Focus of activity

Claudia Romelli is a researcher and teaching fellow at the Institute of Geography of the Ruhr-University Bochum and a member of the Planning Metropolitan Landscapes (PLACES) research group. Her interests lie in the understanding socio-ecological systems and investigating new theories and methods for their sustainable development. She is currently working on the assessment and planning of renaturation processes of metropolitan landscapes using participatory methods.
